How do I Cancel an item purchased on SoamiCraft?

Cancellation in Case of Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report a return request on SoamiCraft by logging into your account. Damage & defect assessment will be conducted within 72 hours, and a suitable solution will be provided. If SoamiCraft determines that the product is broken, it may be replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by SoamiCraft, to address the issue. Cancellation Policy:

  • Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be canceled.
  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of the order date and only if the order is not shipped.
  • Refunds will be issued in the SoamiCraft wallet only.

Return & Refund: If you are eligible for any refund, the following guidelines shall apply:

  • Refund processing will be initiated only after the pickup of all canceled items from the customer’s premises.
  • Once the products are received back at the warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 2-3 days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the SoamiCraft wallet only.
  • Processing charges may be deducted depending on the order.
  • Refunds for refused delivery orders by customers will be issued after deducting a 20% restocking fee.
  • Orders placed during a sale or with a discount cannot be returned but can be replaced under the replacement policy in case of damages or defects.
  • As an exception, if a refund is issued to a bank account, a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted.

Warranties: The product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, inherent termite, and borer issues. This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation of a product.
  • Cracks due to random displacement.
  • Damage caused by direct exposure to sunlight and water, resulting in wood decay.
  • Minor cracks (checks) that naturally occur in solid wood and do not affect product life.
  • Unevenness up to 5mm due to surface and floor level differences.
  • Upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers are not covered under warranty.

Delivery:

  • Our support and delivery team will coordinate with you to ensure a hassle-free delivery.
  • Our delivery partner will deliver the product to the ground floor if a service lift is unavailable in your apartment (if applicable).
  • If your order reaches the nearest delivery center and you fail to receive it, we will hold the product for 5 days. After this period, SoamiCraft may charge a fee for holding the product longer.
